You did it! You built that fully booked private practice you’ve been working so hard for!

But let’s not start celebrating just yet… being fully booked isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Let’s get real for a second—you didn’t work this hard just to end up overworked and struggling to find time for yourself.

You’ve reached the goals you once dreamed about—clients are coming in, your schedule is packed, and your practice is thriving. But now, your days are so full that it’s hard to take time off, let alone focus on growing your business. You’ve thought about bringing on another therapist to handle the overflow, but the idea of taking that leap is daunting. What if it all falls apart?

It’s time to turn that long-held vision of expanding into a group practice into reality.

You’re ready to scale, but the fear of making mistakes can hold you back. If only there was a clear roadmap to guide you through launching a group practice—one that helps you avoid the common pitfalls and sets you up for success.

The truth is, expanding your practice and ensuring your new therapists have full caseloads is crucial, but it doesn’t have to consume all your time or energy. Imagine having a steady stream of clients for your team while maintaining the work-life balance you deserve. That’s where Group Practice Launch comes in—giving you the strategies, tools, and support to confidently build your group practice without the overwhelm.

When I first considered expanding my practice, there were no clear guides, mentors, or events like ‘Level Up Week’ to help me. I was navigating the unknown, putting out fires, and wasting precious time and money in the process.

I created the roadmap I wish I’d had back then, and that’s exactly what Group Practice Launch is all about.

"I have learned a lot from the online community board. I've also loved the e-courses to help me make sure my business is operating efficiently. I also love using referrals from members of the community"

- Christina Holyoak, GPL

"It's [NLP, GPL, and GPB] been basically everything. They helped me start my private pay solo practice right out of grad school, then 6 years later grow into a private pay group practice, which I've had for 2 years, and which has 8 clinicians and 2 part time admin staff."

- Emily Runyan, NLP, GPL, GPB, 1:1 Consulting

What you hoped would happen…

You imagined that once your private practice was fully booked, you’d finally have the time and financial freedom to enjoy your success.

Clients would keep coming in, and you’d have a steady stream of income, allowing you to focus on providing the best care, maybe even taking a little time off or working on the next big thing for your practice.

What's actually happening...

Instead of the ease you envisioned, you’re now busier than ever. Your calendar is jam-packed, leaving you little time to catch your breath, let alone take time off. The idea of taking on new clients or projects feels overwhelming, and while your practice is thriving, it’s also exhausting.

You’ve achieved the goal of being fully booked, but the constant demand on your time is making it hard to enjoy the success you’ve worked so hard to achieve.

I’ll bet when you first started hitting your full caseload targets, you couldn’t imagine a time when that wouldn’t feel like a huge accomplishment.

You worked hard to build a thriving practice, and reaching that goal was everything you dreamed of. But now, with a packed schedule and no breathing room, the excitement has worn off.

You’re busy—maybe even too busy—and the way to solve this isn’t simple.

The idea of taking on an even bigger project, like transforming your private practice into a group practice, feels like both the logical next step and a daunting leap.

You’re ready for growth, but the thought of bringing on more therapists and managing a team is intimidating. You wonder how you’ll generate enough clients for everyone, and whether you’re prepared to handle the responsibilities that come with scaling up. It feels like the solution to your current overwhelm could create a whole new set of challenges.

But what if there was a way to do it without losing your sanity?

Testimonials

"I recommend it because the PoP team includes people who are knowledgeable, who have traveled this road ahead of me, and are good at imparting their knowledge and inspiring us."
"Thank you all for the work you're doing. It is so exceptionally valuable! At the beginning of March of this year, I had never even considered having a group practice. I heard about GPL on a podcast, and by August I was a CEO. I've been giving raises to my staff every month, and we're interviewing to hire 2 more W-2 employees before the end of the year. All because of you guys! You're amazing!"

- Katie Bailey | Lime Tree Counselling, LLC

"I had been in solo practice for several years and needed to define my mission, vision, and values and create systems to move from solo to group. The webinars, videos, and resources have been invaluable.

Being able to talk to other clinicians has also been helpful. Sometimes it has felt a bit overwhelming and the pressure to grow was a bit much. But I had to pace myself and come back to what works for me, which has been helpful. Slow and steady for me wins the race. And I am not looking to keep expanding -- so the message of trusting yourself and what you need is very important"

- Jenny Cox, GPL
