Ash Mielke

Ashley Mielke is a Registered Psychologist and Founder and CEO of The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre: a multi-location, large group private practice with locationsin Alberta and Manitoba, Canada.

Ashley brings forth nearly a decade of business experience and is passionate about supporting heart-centred practice owners in starting, growing, and scaling their businesses. Ashley was called to start her company after the tragic death of her father by suicide in 2010. It was the purpose she found through her healing that inspired the ‘WHY’ that drives her 7-figure company today. Dr. Larry Beer

Dr. Beer is a licensed psychologist and professional counselor. He received his doctorate in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University (WMU) in 1986. He founded Child and Family Psychological Services (CFPS) in 1989 and grew the practice to about 50 practitioners prior to selling the business to Refresh Mental Health in 2020.

Dr Beer retired from CFPS in 2022. Currently, Dr. Beer is teaching one class in the graduate school at WMU and volunteering with disaster mental health with the American Red Cross.

Mark Strubler

Mark is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan, where he lives with his wife, Diana, and two girls, Camille and Elise.

Mark owns a solo practice and focuses his efforts toward helping men heal from trauma and isolation to become comprehensive men.

Brittany Richmond

Brittany is a resident speaker and coach for The Speaker Lab. Brittany was a former school counselor turned youth mental health speaker 4 years ago.

She is a former student of The Speaker Lab and has been working for the company for 2.5 years now! She is a highly paid, sought out speaker in her industry and also loves helping people step into the speaking space and start their speaking business or scale their current one!

Brian Cooper

Brian Cooper is the owner of North Collective Counseling in Rochester, Michigan a suburb of Detroit. In his solo practice Brian specializes in working with couples, particularly those that are interracial or multi-cultural, helping them work through hurt, resentment, conflict and repair to find their way back to each other with greater connection, love and intimacy.

Brian also specializes in trauma counseling through EMDR therapy – helping teens and adults heal and move forward past emotional suffering and pain.

Valarie Harris

Ashley Funk, PsyD

Dr. Ashley Funk is the Owner and Founder of Paradise Psychology in Fort Worth, Texas.

As a Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Funk specializes in the treatment of trauma- and stressor-related disorders as well as anxiety disorders. She is also passionate about helping her clients improve their relationships through open, effective communication and healthy boundaries.

Dr. Funk is currently a member of Group Practice Launch, with plans to hire part-time administrative staff and clinical practitioners within the next six months.

Wendela Whitcomb Marsh

Wendela Whitcomb Marsh is the founder and CEO of Adult Autism Assessment & Services, a neurodiversity-affirming national online group practice.

Beverley Boothe

Dr. Beverley Boothe is the President of Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Inc., and Marriage Healing Center, LLC., two group practices in Northern Virginia. Dr. Boothe has a Ph.D. from Regent University in Counseling and Psychological Studies specializing in Marriage and Family Ministry, a Master's Degree in Social Work from Howard University, and Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from York University. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Virginia.

Dr. Boothe currently specializes in providing therapy to adults and couples from a holistic perspective. Dr. Boothe has provided business coaching to clinicians and clinical supervision to MSW supervisees. She has provided workshops for adolescents, women, and couples in church and community settings.

Marta Hamilton

Martamaria Hamilton is a wellness professional with a multidisciplinary background including certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor, Licensed Psychological Associate, yoga instructor, and holistic health practitioner with licensures in several states.

She has been an entrepreneur in telehealth since 2016 and has successfully opened and run a private and then group practice made up of a team of counselors, yoga instructors, and neuropsychologist.

Her latest venture, TeleWellness Hub, is a premium directory website designed for the modern wellness expert to authentically and easily showcase who they are, all that they do, and all of their digital content with clients and the wellness community in one hub in order to transform lives.

Nadyne Busichio

Nadyne is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing for over 15 years. She has a successful private practice in New Jersey where she focuses on working with couples.

Nadyne has completed the Level 3 Practicum in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Gottman’s Affair Recovery & Couple’s in Crisis Training, as well as EMDR training through the Trauma Institute.

She is extremely passionate about her work and is currently in the process of completing the requirements to become a Certified Gottman Therapist.

Andrew Burdette

Andrew founded Mindful Counseling PLLC in Asheville, NC shortly after completing his graduate program in clinical mental health counseling.

At the start of the pandemic, he pivoted to an online solo practice, and in 2022, began to grow a group practice. He most enjoys helping clients and colleagues identify what ignites their passions, and assisting them to create a life rooted in authenticity.

Andrew approaches his business development with alignment in mind, and enjoys the integration process connecting the many puzzle pieces and systems required to run a successful practice.

Kathleen Villagomez

First, a bit about me. I am a proud Chicana, born & raised in an agricultural and beach community on the Central Coast. I found my way to Southern California after obtaining my BA in Psychology in Northern California.
Shortly after arriving in Southern California, I began my career with the Department of Children & Family Service, and served as a Child Abuse Investigator and Services Worker.

Once I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my attention shifted to mental health. I continued to serve children and families impacted by child abuse and neglect. In 2014, two things happened almost simultaneously, I was transferred to a County-operated community mental health clinic, and I started my private practice.

I retired from my County service in August 2022 and am now focused on building my practice, which is centered on helping adults heal from trauma and break the cycles of child abuse and neglect.

LaToya Smith

LaToya is the owner of LCS Counseling and Consulting Agency, a group practice located in Fort Worth, TX. She firmly believes that people don't have to remain stuck in their pain or at the place where they became wounded. She encourages her clients to be active in their treatment and work towards their desired outcome.

LaToya launched STRONG WITNESS, which is a platform designed to connect, transform and heal through the power of storytelling. She also serves as a consultant with Practice of The Practice and helps therapists build solo and group practices, as well as develop their speaking and presentation skills through the power of storytelling.

Anne Burkart

I am a solo practitioner in Charlotte, NC. I am in the second year of owning my practice. I have completed the Gottman Level 3 training along with other Gottman training.

I see couples and individuals working through healing attachment wounds.
